Randy Kutz

Randy is co-founder of the Phoenix Heritage Real Estate Group and AZ Short Sale Experts. He brings with him over 20 years of business & marketing experience from a cross-section of industries. Born and raised in Chicago, he understands and appreciates urban living and the growing Phoenix area he calls home for the past 12 years. Over this course of time, Randy has purchased and sold multiple residential and investment properties, completed several remodel projects and has been a student of real estate trends for many years. With an undergrad degree in Sociology and his MBA in e-Business, Randy has a passion for helping people make their real estate transition and transaction a smooth and successful experience. In this very dynamic pre-foreclosure market, Randy and Greg are on the front line helping homeowners navigate the difficult and challenging path of Short Sale approvals. Negotiating for nearly 100 clients and over 40 banks on any given day, their success has gained them a great reputation in the industry as the Go-To team for Short Sale Solutions.

Greg Markov

Greg is the co-founder of the Phoenix Heritage Real Estate Group and AZ Short Sale Experts, along with Randy Kutz. In this very dynamic pre-foreclosure market, Greg and Randy are on the front line helping homeowners navigate the difficult and challenging path of Short Sales. Negotiating for nearly 200 clients and with over 50 banks on any given day, their foresight and subsequent success has gained them a great reputation in the industry as the go-to team for Short Sale solutions. In 2010, Phoenix Heritage Real Estate Group was named the #2 Top Producing Team among 3,700 HomeSmart agents. In addition to their work in "the trenches,” Greg and Randy teach continuing education classes on the topic of Short Sale transactions. In 2008-2011, they taught over 5,000 real estate agents. They currently offer three different classes, including a six hour Short Sale Negotiation class, co-written with Tom Hayman, the President of The Real Estate Negotiation Institute, a national negotiation training company.  Greg also teaches CLE classes for attorneys in Arizona.

In addition to selling real estate, Greg’s expertise has naturally progressed to his becoming a national speaker on the subject of real estate and short sales. He has spoken at various industry events, and was the featured speaker at the 2010 National Association of Realtors conference in New Orleans. He is also the go-to resource for various national and local news sources. He was interviewed multiple times by NBC Channel 12 News, CBS Channel 5 News, the Wall Street Journal, Money Magazine, Investor’s Business Daily, Arizona Republic, and many others.

Robert Marsh

Bob is a Certified Public Accountant and sole principal of the accounting firm, Robert B. Marsh, P.C. in Phoenix, where he practices in the areas of tax planning and compliance for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, estates, trusts, and individuals.  Originally a software programmer, Mr. Marsh designed and wrote accounting software for early personal computers, and has practiced as a CPA since 1980.  He holds a B.S. degree in Quantitative Systems and a Juris Doctor (law) degree.  In addition to general tax compliance and planning, Mr. Marsh regularly deals with the income tax effects of various distressed property transactions.  He has participated in seminars and panel discussions for such organizations as the State Bar of Arizona, the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business, and the Arizona Trustee Association, where various aspects of foreclosures, trustee's sales, short sales, and loan modifications were discussed.

Patrick Ritchie

Patrick is the author of The Credit Road Map, an in-depth look into how the credit world works. He is an approved instructor with the Arizona Department of Real Estate, a Senior GRI Instructor for the Arizona Association of REALTORS and owns the Ritchie School of Real Estate Finance. He is a Certified Guerrilla Marketing Coach, based on the best selling Guerrilla Marketing book series. Patrick is a guest lecturer for the Ohio State University and Arizona State University. He serves as a member of the USA Today Small Business Panel and is a former Evans Scholar. His book, The Credit Road Map, is approved by the National Association of REALTORS® and is required reading in finance and real estate classes at major universities. Internationally, Patrick has taught graduate students from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) about the American banking and credit system. He has been a speaker at the National REALTOR Conference and Expo, and writes articles for REALTOR magazine. Patrick has a Master of Legal Studies from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College and he is certified by Westlaw in advanced legal research.

Amy Swaney

Amy's mortgage career started over 20 years ago in Salt Lake City. She moved to Scottsdale in 1998 to open a branch of a Utah based mortgage company and fell in love with the Valley. In 2002 she was selected as one of 35 nationwide to be involved in the Mortgage Bankers Association leadership program which sparked her passion for legislative involvement. Amy began participation in leadership on a local level and in 2006 served as President of the Arizona Mortgage Lenders Association. Her involvement in legislative and regulatory issues has continued during this critical time through leadership in the Mortgage Action Alliance, the industry’s grassroots organization promoting individual involvement with Congressional members. She also returns to DC annually to lobby for industry reform and the education of our Congressional delegates. Amy is often interviewed and approached by television and print media as an industry expert. She presents nationwide to Real Estate, Title and Legal groups on topics from education based production, legislation, preventing fraud and regulatory changes. She is honored to be one of only 11 mortgage professionals in the state with their Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation and one of 1,100 nationwide. Today, her main focus continues to be her clients. Amy is a multimillion dollar production pipeline within the Swaney ~ Geenen Group at Citywide Home Loans and loves getting to know her customers. They are the ultimate reason she  stays so involved in our industry - to make sure their best interest is protected.

Dax Watson

Dax is a shareholder and founding partner with Mack Drucker & Watson, PLLC. Mr. Watson was previously a shareholder and managing member of Watson Law Firm for four years. Mr. Watson also has the unique and valuable experience of having worked as an attorney at the second largest law firm in the State of Arizona. Mr. Watson focuses his practice in commercial law, with an emphasis in real estate matters.

Mr. Watson is admitted to practice in Arizona’s state and federal courts and has appeared and represented clients in every county in the State. Mr. Watson is a cum laude graduate, with a B.A. in History, from Arizona State University. He also is cum laude graduate from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, receiving his law degree in 1999. Mr. Watson has extensive litigation and civil trial experience, both in court and through an expansive arbitration practice.

Mr. Watson also regularly appears and represents clients in regulatory matters before the Arizona Department of Real Estate, the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions and the Arizona Corporation Commission and various zoning commissions. Mr. Watson is approved to teach legal issues by the Arizona Department of Real Estate and regularly teaches risk reduction classes and seminars to and for Real Estate Brokers throughout the State of Arizona.
